Tampering Consoles 360 and one

Hi guys today I started this topic because I feel really bad that I purchase a game for 50$ are more but some players like DannyBoyCr I founded them they had temper consoles and they buy disc for 2$ so my post should go to forums for high discussions enforcement
team should take actions soon .

Can I get banned for using aftermarket Hard Drive (Xbox Slim)

It says "Removing the old HDDs from their casing, for use in a 360 S console or other reason, is against the Xbox LIVE Terms of Use, hardware tampering and modification. Modifying your hardware can lead to LIVE account suspensions and/or console bans. "

I'm don't 100% understand this. I'm not removing, modifying, or tampering with any part of my console. I just want to add an aftermarket HDD. Would that be considered "Tampering"?

Disc drive and console tampering

You can't simply just swap the drives in an Xbox, you have to do more to it than that to make it work. But per the terms of service, it would be considered system tampering to do so. Self-repairs are a violation of the terms of service.

The enforcement team does not use the forums. You would need to file a complaint via the console in order for them to investigate the other players. Calling out other players is not allowed on the forums.

um actually there is an error code that says you are banned for some consoles (like ones that are tampered with) the one above

if u have tampered with your xbox 360 microsoft will not touch the console due to the fact it has been tampered with so the only thing u can do is take it to a xbox 360 repair shop.

it might be because either you bought from another person who tampered the 360 or one of your kids went to a tampered games online and was reported by someone.

You have done the right thing by filing a complaint. This will send a report off to the Enforcement Team (PET) and once they receive it they will conduct a thorough investigation and take the appropriate action. What you will want to do now is mute, avoid
and block the player. You can achieve this by following the steps in
THIS guide. This will make it very less likely that you are placed in online gameplay with them again and will prevent any further communications.
