TalkTalk app on Xbox one dropping connection

hi I recently updated the talk talk app on my Xbox one and now I can’t seem to stream any movies without constant disconnection or error messages?

When the messages occur, the most common one being “error occurred during playing the video” I instantLy check my internet connection which is fine and make sure I’m not logged out of Xbox live.

Every other streaming app like Netflix and amazon prime video all work fine just seems to be with the TalkTalk app.

Any ideas on a solution?

Xbox One, Xbox Live connection problems with BT Home Hub 3

I've recently upgraded from Xbox 360 to a Xbox One console and for some reason my console is having problems connecting to Xbox Live with the home hub 3 (even when using Ethernet connection) ...I've tried it with my old router (a TalkTalk router) and it
works fine through Ethernet connection with that!! it's just the wireless on the TalkTalk is slow for other devices. Please help me!!!!

Yeah but SkyGo is your 2nd Free connection to Sky so you would not need to connect your Sky HD box to the One.

Sky, BBC have both being big let downs for me with the One. I cancelleed my SkyGo completely now and just signed up for the TalkTalk version for a month to watch football season end.

App i the UK in general are pants

They have not updated the listings since this was added to XBox One. my TalkTalk youview box has BBC News at 130 now as it is on Freeview but OneGuide still shows these as 80.

I need the TalkTalk version for checking Sky 1 and 2

I've also been struggling with this for a bout a month or so. Using a wired connection isn't going to be the easiest task but I'll give it a go. I've seen quite a few people experiening fhis problem. You're ISP wouldn't be TalkTalk by any chance would it?

Yep, the ISP is TalkTalk... Using a wired connection works but its a drag to have to do it each time an app needs updating. I reset my console and reinstalled all my games (over WiFi) but the issue still persists. No idea what's causing it.
