talking to enforcement so complicated!!!

As a mother of 13 year old twin boys, I set up their account on Xbox. Since they have "custom" settings they are considered "adults" on Xbox (even though I set up the account). Now one of my boys has been banned for 10 days for communication and in order
for me to ACTUALLY talk to someone in enforcement..I have to answer 10 questions CORRECTLY in order to have someone talk to me. THAT IS STUPID!!! I am their mother, I am concerned but yet I am being treated as an IDIOT because I can did not answer one of
the questions correctly now I have to wait 24 hours before I can try again!!! Who is running this company? It is obvious that they do not want to help anyone because it is so complicated just to have someone review a complaint. I am beginning to wonder about
this Xbox company and if they are really here to help anyone at all.

Some enforcement matters are more complicated than others and they take longer to sort out. In a case like this, the enforcement team may not be able to gather supporting information.

I forgot about this! I remember voteDC talking about it in the ME2 forums. It certainly makes things a little more complicated. I wonder why no one said anything earlier...

 

Its not really all that complicated.if you use common sense you would've easily answered all the questions

What's should.br wrong is wrong and most of it is in the code of conduct anyhow

And no there are no grey areas

If your kids got a communication suspension then maybe you should talk to them about communicating with others

No cursing no harassing other players

Here is a quick plain English explanation

You just need to read the bullet points pretty much like the dos and don't do

and fill in based on the questions you are asked but they are pretty much asking what do you see as wrong and right

If it's commonly wrong then it is wrong

The questions are there to make sure the person who is suspended is familiar with the code of conduct,which they violated to get suspended in the first place.

All the answers are in the ToU/CoC & are extremely easy if you are familiar with the ToU/CoC.
