    I can't seem to get ANYONE ALIVE to explain to me 1. Why I can't get refund on the $44.49 Microsoft Xbox 3month ultimate gift card?

    2. If I have to convert my refund to Microsoft Xbox points...how do I do that?

    3.Why(when I do get a LIVE person)that they hang up on me after waiting so long to speak to someone? Can anyone help me?

    Unfortunately those particular support agents are not tied to the forums. I'm sorry that happened however there is nothing anyone on the forums can do to assist in this situation.

    Gift cards would have to be refunded by the retailer you purchased them from, although they typically cannot be returned.

    Microsoft points were discontinued in 2013.

    If you would like to request a callback please follow these steps :

    1. Contact us here
    2. Select Billing
    3. Select "Error messages and codes"
    4. Say 'No thanks" to the virtual agent
    5. Skip step 3, and Select request a call from support
