    Talking to a live person


    I had an issue with my xbox live so i went through the process to talk to a real person and i was 26th in line to wait. I look away to keep trying to fix the account issue and then i glance back and im 32nd in line. Why am i being shoved behind people
    that i was ahead of. Thats seriously messed up.

    Account hacked

    He should never be talking to the person "hacking" him. Tell him to please cease talking to this person and block communications with them and file a complaint. Doing so will ensure that this complaint gets to the XBOX Live Enforcement Team and this person
    is removed from the XBOX LIVE service.

    can you please explain to me how this is fair I haven’t been starting fights or talking smack talk I a person on Xbox live but when I do it’s to reply to a kid talking smack to me, I just wanna know how this is fair cause I still see Him talking smack and
    he isn’t banned like what the hell so unban me right now

    Unfortunately those particular support agents are not tied to the forums. I'm sorry that happened however there is nothing anyone on the forums can do to assist in this situation.

    Gift cards would have to be refunded by the retailer you purchased them from, although they typically cannot be returned.

    Microsoft points were discontinued in 2013.

    2. Select Billing
    3. Select "Error messages and codes"
    4. Say 'No thanks" to the virtual agent
    5. Skip step 3, and Select request a call from support
