I was trying to test that if i have 12,000 points for 800 robux then will it work so i tried to redeem Spotify free music till 3 months and it Sayed that the order cannot be placed, so will this issue occur again??

Once you have enough points and redeem it, it will show you the code on the website and you will also receive an e-mail.

Go to Roblox.com/redeem from your browser.

Log in and enter it into the Code box on the website.

Click Redeem

I think you are talking about adding goal in Microsoft Rewards. Once you have enough Rewards Points you can click on it and redeem. Once you redeem Microsoft Points, you will get an email with the code. You can then use that code to redeem on your Xbox,
or Xbox app on your phone or PC to get the gift card balance.
