    Talk to a real person who can actually assist? XBOX


    I hate to say I am rather disappointed in the lack of ability a tech giant like MS has to service its customers.

    I have a question about my child's XBOX live account. I do not want to talk with a brand ambassador, nor a chat bot. I want an answer, who can I speak with?

    I have been suspended on xbox for 7 days and I cannot appeal it can i please talk to someone who can help me fix this problem thank you.

    I was playing a game of destiny and someone started to message me and he filled a complaint on me and I am now being suspended on Xbox for 7 days. Can I please talk to a real person who can actually help me, please.

    Thanks, but this did not work for me. Is there a way I can actually talk to a person on the phone? The real lime Messenger also isn't working for me.

    Also I tried contacting xbox support, but there is no way for me to actually talk to a real person. You would think Microsoft would have enough revenue to open up a few call centers to actually provide real assistance. Very depressing that this is the

    You were on the right page to contact support via chat, you have to go through the virtual assistant and then you will be attended by a real person.
