Tales from the borderlands season pass

Hello,

I purchased Tales From The Borderlands & The Tales from the borderlands season pass:

But since last night, it shows it ( in game & on the xbox one store) as if I did not buy it. And it wants to charge me 14.99$ again for it ... But only for the season pass, the game (or first episode) doesn't show up as if I did not buy it & I bought the
two roughly about 2 minutes from each other ...

Telltale Collection On Xbox One Issue

Same issue here.

I purchased TellTale Collection, but Tales from the Borderlands season pass never downloaded to my Xbox One.

When I select manage Telltale Collection, Tales from the borderlands season pass is not included in the purchased files.

When I find Tales from The Borderlands at Xbox Store, It is not unlocked and still asks me to pay €12,74 to buy it.

Please fix this issue.

Sorry to hear it. If you have billing issues or did not receive what you paid for then you should give phone support a call. 1-800-469-9269 in North America.

I have the same problem. This Borderlands season pass has been giving me and others issues for a while. I was never able to download it. Always had a "manage" button that brought me to nothing. Now it wants to charge me again.

I have the same problem here - purchased both episode one and the season pass on xbox one separately when tales from borderlands came out, the season pass didn't seem to download properly but managed to get episode one downloaded. Played through episode
one no problems, however when I go back in to the store to download the season pass again it claims I need to pay for it even though I've done so already. It's the Australia store for me

If I go to the season pass page on xbox.com when logged in I get "Uh oh... that should not have happened. It appears you have found a glitch in the system."

Telltale have noticed the problem too:

Hey guys, please be sure to contact phone support for your regions on this as it is a billing issue that no one on the forums can help with.

Hey, I'm from England and I'm have the same problem, I paid for both the episode and season pass and the season pass is saying I haven't paid for it, and not only that but the first episode took over 4 and a half hours to download. Has anyone got this sorted?
Maybe when the second episode is out, it will let us play?

Ok, thanks Onyx62is. But, isn't there a e-mail for billing issues? I will call if need be but I would rather send an email if I can & send the "receipt" that's in my microsoft account transaction history or they could just check themselves.If I can see this
info just by going to my transaction history surely they can verify the validity of my claim. I don't have time to wait on the phone for ever.

Also, when having this issue I noticed the lack of a download history section like on the 360. Adding that would probably avoid issues like this ... When I add an issue of something wanting me to pay for it when I already bought it before (like Burnout Paradise)
I just had to go into my account download history & download it from there. I looked on looked everywhere on my xbox one & there is no way to do this, well kinda ... SOME things I ha e uninstalled show in the rdy to install "side bar" thing in my games & apps
but there is no way to see a list. I can see it on my 360 but all downloads/transactions show as item unavailable, so ...why does my 360 "see" them, when it won't even show info on it but on the console where it would be useful .... You can't access that information
... Idk,sorry ...

FYI I followed the advice on this thread and contacted billing. Got disconnected on the phone, they never called back. Got hung up on on the online chat and given to a new representative who then threatened me. My issue wasn't resolved, and I have canceled
my Xbox gold membership. Sad to say I've been a member since Xbox Live launched. No more.

I have already purchased The Telltale Games Collection. But still donot get the Tales from the Borderlands - Season Pass .

You have to specifically go to your game under "Games and Apps", highlight the game, and then hit the menu button for "Manage Game". You should see the season pass there, or the option to install it.

I did find this though, and that may shed a little light on your particular problem.

There is something wrong with this bundle, It specifies that you get Tales from the borderlands season pass but you do not, I just spend hours trying to resolve this with Microsoft Xbox-live support. The kicker is that one of the main reason for me to purchased
this bundle was Tales from the borderlands. It does not add the season pass to your download queue and when you go into the collection and click on manage Walking Dead Season 1 and Season 2, The Wolf Among Us, Tales from the Borderlands, Game of Thrones and
Game of thrones season pass is there but no season pass for tales from the borderlands, in the end Microsoft cancel my digital license to items is the collection and refunded the purchased price. But that still does not make up for the fact wasted hours trying
to resolve the gigs of bandwidth wasted trying download the games and no i do not have unlimited internet i pay and additional fee for every gig over 100gb on a per month basis. In the end i get a wasted Saturday afternoon with tons of frustration and no
new games to play.
