Taking too long to start error

Recently my xbox has not been working at all and everything that i try do leads to a Took too long to star error, i cant even sign in or go to setting because nothing will load. I was having a problem where when i pressed the xbox button the screen would
just dim but no menu would come up but now that has gone away.

Hi!

I also had this issue with my xbox too. To solve it, I do a hard reset by pressing the off button on my xbox for 10 seconds and then removing the power cable from the back for another 10 seconds before plugging it back in and starting up the console.

This will clear the cache (for the better of your console!) and won't remove any of your installed games etc so don't worry!

please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

If that doesn't do anything then please try a factory reset (with keeping games and apps installed) via the steps mentioned here:

Yea ive done all the resets but none work yet i tried troubleshooting but it says everything is fine but its not
