Taking my credit card off of another person's account.

I'm not sure where to post this so please bear with me.

A little background:

My brother has an Xbox live account on an Xbox 360. My credit card is what is paying for his account. We no longer have this Xbox. It is with a friend in Alaska because my brother gifted him the Xbox. My brother will not call or contact Xbox live in any
way to remove my card from the account because he is lazy. My friend in Alaska isn't being much help either. I don't want to be paying for something I am not using. Can anyone please help?

There's an option to remove your credit card info from your account. That way, no one can buy anything at all whatsoever. I actually have only had to put my credit card info once for a season pass and took it off afterwards (don't really trust my credit card info anywhere). Also, personally I don't ever use my main email for Xbox that way I don't need to be worried about being hacked or whatever. I have one email for personal use and another for Xbox, IGN, Reddit, etc. Maybe I'm the only one who does this but I just find it more easy that way instead of being scared of gamesharing.

A mix of Credit Card and online gift cards. The Xbox Live marketplace is weird for me, it charges me tax when using a credit card directly, but doesn't charge me any tax when using my Microsoft account balance. So usually what I tend to do is always makes sure I have something in my account balance so when I use my credit card, it only subtracts what was left over after taking from the account, and this never includes tax.

A payment option can easily be removed by doing these following steps:

Step 1: Go to
http://www.xbox.com/en-US/

Step 2: Sign in to your account
you have the payment option on.

Step 3: On the top right of the page, click "My Account". You will then be redirected.

Step 4: Re-enter your password. (For security reasons.)

Step 5: Click "Payment and Billing". Then, after clicking that, click "Manage Payment Options".

Final Step: On the payment option for your credit card, there should be a "Remove" button somewhere on the payment option.

Contact Xbox Support. I had a my roommates mom come to me with a similar situation. She had her card information on her daughters husbands account. I contacted Xbox Support with the card number and they located the account. They removed the card for me then
and there. Contact them and they should be able to help out. Just have the card information ready.
