Taking my console off of the xbox preview program?

Hi there, i have contacted the xbox support chat team and have been told to post my problem here, somehow i have managed to sign my console up to the xbox preview program, i have no knowledge of doing this so i can only assume that a family member did it
by mistake.

Anyway i would like to be taken off the xbox preview program as its causing my games and apps to crash or become non functional.

my ref number from xbox support is SR#[Mod Removed]. for further info

Battlefield not working

Unfortunately we aren't able to offer support for users taking part in the Xbox One Update Preview.

Posting over on the preview forums allows our preview team to offer support and take note of any issues users are having with. the preview.

is there any way of me taking off the xbox preview update and putting a fresh update on. because i think my xbox has bugged my upload speed and has made it drop if anyone can help it would be nice ??

i cannot get access to the app in order to leave the program, everytime i launch the app it says im not eligible for the program because im already part of it.

Is it possible another user on your Xbox One was originally accepted into the Preview Update? If so, you'll need to sign in with that account in order opt out of the Preview.

 

nope, i was told that the preview team could de register my xbox one remotely , so i have been let down by MS support and sent round in circles

 

HKUNIT 001, they sent you to preview forums. Different team.

You can find preview forums and post your problem here, if you have access ->
forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx

If you do not have access to that forum, it means you actually may not be part of preview program. Also, if you are part of preview program, please go to apps search and try to find app "Xbox Preview Dashboard". Once you found it, installed and started,
you can remove yourself from preview program.

Also, if your Xbox One keeps crashing and etc.. You may consider to reset your console to factory defaults.
