    Taking forever to download a game, uploading a game from a disk is also taking forever?


    Any ideas? We have great WiFi based on a speed test

    If you console is wireless it will take longer to download a game as there is interference from other devices connected to the wifi.

    Wired connection will be alot faster.

    What is your maximum download speed from your ISP? When you open up My Games & Apps and a download is running what speed do you show? And do you have several games trying to update at the same time?

    Have you tried to reset your router? If you unplug and replug it, it should refresh.

    Downloading takes forever

    I have a dedicated line running strait to my house, it is not shared.

    I have tried connecting directly, but it doesn't change anything.

    I will just buy a new router and contact my ISP to see if anything is wrong on their end.
