Taking Back Xbox!!!

Shops taking back faulty xbox one controllers

Yesterday the analog stick on my xbox one controller started feeling weird. when i press down the left analog stick to the right it kind of sinks down. I only got my xbox one less then 2 weeks ago and don't want to spend another £45 on a new controller.
I know i can send it off to Microsoft for free but they usually take ages to receive, So i was thinking about taking just the controller back to the shop where i got it from. Has anyone tried taking theres back to the shop where they got thesrs from? (this
is the controller what came with the xbox one)

 

Anyone else quit a lot of "Join in Progress" games?

I bail out by taking my networking setting into xbox360 mode. then I go back and change it back to xbox live. I HATE JIP

 

I like your initiative but I don't play games with people to coach them on how to live their lives. Sometimes we have those days where we just really want to tell people how terrible they truly are.

Pretty much every case of jerk is an isolated event so we honestly don't know these people well enough to know whether they are truly mean or if the human race is just more social towards one another when it's time to blame someone for something in their
own lives going wrong. Best thing to do, ignore someone that bothers you in a safe place like Xbox Live and just go on about your day. If it really bothers you, take a break and just accept that sometimes people are jerks.

Honestly, I'm a pretty darn big jerk if I'm having a bout of depression and someone is on mic coughing their lungs up. Am I justified to be a jerk? Definitely not, but in that moment I don't care and I don't see any harm in telling someone to mute their
bleeping mic.

IMO the key to loving other humans is to accept them in varying degrees of tolerance. We can't hate on people because we're all guilty of that one gripe or two.

 

This is why I have my messages/text/voice set to friends only just done with all the B.S trash talking. I am 42 years old and just want to play a game for fun with out all the rapping and bad messages being sent to me....

 

Keep the XBox it's a great console things will get better in time

 

I am tired of leaving it to the professionals. I wanted every day as the same people come online and play Xbox and harass other girls, ask them for boob pictures, ask them if they want to see their d$%#, and they get reported just for nothing to happen.
That's why im doing something about it now!

With respect, what do you plan on doing? Sending them angry messages? Giving them a low player rating?

 

you he right there notting buthead kids teenager on live now most adults have quit use live i been member for about 5 years now i lost 5year tag last summer but this network gone to crap now a days they put the where you play gamers your age i am 33 and
been try everything new friends my age with no luck see i don't care for pothead i been kick out 5 clans for say this about how i feel about potheads xbox live is full potheads sexafineds they do something about asap i sick of

Just play with your mic. off and put it on with friends. Js I haven't had an issue like that in a long time. Just mute the people who are annoying and report them. On any gaming console people are rude. It's just human nature at its finest lol .

 

I'm not really offensive to other players but I can be "loud" sometimes by hooting and hollering when I send them packing in a TDM game of Ghosts. Rubbing it in you know so to speak.

 

Messing with their heads; Making them more mad. So they lose. LOL.

 

But usually I don't like to wear my mike unless I'm playing TDM with a close friend.

 

The best thing to do is when you come across those kinds of people is just mute them, that's what I do, playing Ghosts online lately is full of nothing but people that like to talk trash and degrade people because of their k/d ratio, when I come across that,
I thank the makers of Call of Duty for making that mute button.

The only way these people will be dealt with by Xbox is if enough people report them, until then, they will keep doing it.
