Taking a Month for Repair Box to be Sent.

I have been trying to get a repair box sent out to me all month. They say over and over that they sent it, or there has been a problem with the shippig spftware that sends the boxes. This has been escalated and the person responsible has both but a note
on my service request not allowing others to work on it, then lies to me about sending an overnight box and then stops replying to me. It has been 5 days since Seans last response and that is the soonest he has replied to me in all of this. I have transcripts
of all of my chats/tweets/etc on this issue and would be more than happy to provide you with the dates/times and transcripts of everyone involved.

The 'Global Escalation Services' individual, Sean, replies from the following email address:

I was denied a part that was under warranty to fix the issue and it has since turned into a fiasco leaving me paying for services that I can not use due to your employees not following through with their promised and overall, jobs.

At this point if I even get the box I fear I would never get it back! All I want is for my machine to be fixed in the promised timely manner. I do not see why this is so hard to do. Should not employees follow through with promises and policies?

Xbox One returned for repair after less than a month

My day one console wouldn't read discs at all, it was sent for repair and i got it back after 9 days. In the box was a code for a free month of gold. I guess that was my compensation.

Not sure what you are wanting from the forums. No one here can do anything about it. You will need to continue working with support.

 

Support refuses to do anything for the above stated reason. I am hoping that someone has some insight or contact information other than support for someone who can assist me. If anyone who works for Xbox mans or frequents these forums and can help, I am
looking for assistance.
