Takie konto nie istnieje [Translation-Such an account does not exist]

Witam

Parę miesięcy temu sprzedałem konsole i zapomniałem usunąć konta z przypisaną kartą płatniczą, dzisiaj (1 czerwca 2019r.) z konta zostało pobrane 40 zł za autoodnowienie subskrypcji.

Problem polega na tym ze na email przychodziły mi wiadomości, że próbowano

pobrać opłate z karty za subskrypcje.

Chciałem ją anulować ale konto microsoft pod takim adresem email nie istnieje, rownież nie ma żadnych skojarzonych kont z tym adresem email.

Czy jest możliwość zwrotu środków za subskrypcje ?

Czy jest możliwe odzyskanie dostępu do owego konta zeby wyłączyć autorozliczenie i usunąć przypisaną karte płatniczą ?

Select show contact options and go to step 4
Select request a call from support if available or there should be a number for you to call

Mam jeszcze jedno pytanie. Znam haslo do konta ale nie pamietam e maila jest takze podpieta do niego forma platmości. Czy w takim wypadku moge takie konto odzyskać ?
