Takes to long to load

Sorry that you are having a problem if your games will not load and you have an external storage drive. the Drive might be the problem the slightest dropping of it or it getting whacked can mess it up. it has happened to me before the little disk that spins
in it will stop spinning and I tried to get it fixed when I had the issue but they told me that there is nothing I can do about it because they are hard to fix. u might just have to get another storage drive and download the games on to the new one. but if

Try disconnecting your external hard drive for a couple of minutes. The same problem happened to me.

please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

if that fails then please try the following:

1. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
2. Wait 30 seconds.
3. Plug the power cord back in.
4. Press and hold the BIND button (located on the left side of the console) and the EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the Xbox button on the console.
5. Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
6. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. Note If you don't hear two power-up tones after 15 seconds, it means this failed. Likewise, if you hear any “power-down” chirps, that also means this failed.
7. You can release the BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.
8. This should show a menu with the option to factory reset the console, if it does not please try the steps again
9. Select the option to factory reset the console, it should give the option to keep Games & Apps installed

Let us know the results

How long is it taking? I ask only because the levels take a VERY long time to load for some reason, so I am wondering if it is actually a case of a long load time appearing to be a not loading issue.

Is your Xbox connected to your network wirelessly or via Ethernet cable? If you're on Wi-Fi, try using a wired connection to see if that improves the Netflix experience. If not, since you've already tried reinstalling the app, you'll want to reach out to
Netflix for further support. They'll have a better understanding of their app and any issue occurring with it right now.
