Takes 3-10 mins to load gold features/online games

About 1 Month ago I started getting an issue, where my xbox would error out 2-3 times (after getting stuck on the loading screen/the spinning circle for about 2-3 mins), it would finally connect after this. The only error was along the lines of "we are having
issues connecting, please try again later." I would get frustrated and would just log off.

Now, I really am missing gaming, so have stuck it out past the log in and notice the same thing is happening when I try to open ANY app or game I bought from the store. A circle loading screen will show up after clicking Netflix's for example or Titanfall
and then will either error out saying it can't load try again or will come up after about 10-15 mins.

I am thinking it is my internet speed, however unsure how only my xbox would be affected since I can do full gaming on my computer and video calls perfectly. Plus when I go to network, it says my connection is Moderate and it does download the games from
the internet that I had saved to my account history.

- I did a reset on the device and even only loaded 6 games on it afterwards, thinking that it was running slow since I had about 10% free of space.

-I brought it to work and it worked perfectly of course....

- I've reset my router and even moved the xbox to the room I game in so it is closer to the router. Again nothing...

Any suggestions? Thinking of buying a WiFi Booster but dont know if this would even work. It is very hard to do things to the router, since I pay my upstairs neighbors for theirs. It worked fine of course, until the last month hit. So I am thinking the distance
isnt the issue.

Also its affecting game load times (bf3 takes 3-4 min to load....) if i manage to make it into any online multiplayer i freeze up or its un-playable.

 

Downloading Ryse. How long until I can play?

I was hard wired in. Took me about %3 percent to start. Then when started there was an in game load that took about 10 min. Prob 20 min total. Not bad

 

If it worked perfectly for you at your work, then it's your home internet connection.

If you can, hardwire into your router/modem. Another possibility is interference. If you're using a 2.4GHz band, then you may have things causing interference. I recommend using a 5GHz band if possible.

Power cycle your network completely. Unplug your modem and router and wait about a minute. Plug the modem in and allow it to fully boot. Now plug your router in. Allow everything to load up and see if that fixes it. If it doesn't, I recommend contacting
your ISP and finding out if there's any issues with your connection that they can fix.

Like I said, it sounds like your internet connection since it works for you at your work just fine. I hope you can get it fixed. I've ran into this issue myself with Comcast, but they got me fixed up with a brand new modem and I've been using 5GHz wifi ever
since and have had a great experience with it.

That will show you how to change your NAT from "Moderate" to "Open" and that can also clear up a lot of issues.
