Taken too long to start

hey guys my Xbox is having troubles loading any owned game on the console, like fortnite for example I updated it and when I tri d to play it it kept repeatedly saying their game has taken too long to load what should I do.

I am having a huge problem. Every game or app that I try to use says it is taking too long to start please try again and I get code (0x8027025a) every time. It's been two days since this has started happening. I can't even report the problem to insider program
because that app doesn't work either

From what you've described and the troubleshooting steps you've gone through already, I would definitely recommend a

factory reset. Next time you get your console to the home screen, go ahead and perform a full factory reset. That will give your console the best shot at a clean start.

Have you tried a hard reset? If not, try doing one. Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console it helps with so many things.

If you have the game on disc, try cleaning the disc.
