    back or advising why my son is banned till 9999 absolute madness please respond to my email address urgently

    Hi for quite a while now ive been spending money on an account that isnt mine. i took off my subscription but yet money is still leaving my account. im wondering if it was from an old account years ago from my old xbox. how am i able to cancel this because
    i cannot find my old xbox live account.

    Well first off they investigate and review many times before issuing any bans

    Your best way to find out is ask your son as 80% of users actually know why they get banned usually something they heard from friends or a shaddy website

    Now onto your question

    Did you start it with I want to appeal? Or did you ask multiple times and were told but you wanted more details

    There is no appeal nor do they go into full detail that's usually up to you to ask your son

    If it is your first question then you will have to check your spam folder connected to your windows live I'd

    Or forums private msg box as they do sometimes pm it

    If your son was issued multiple forced name changes then that would be why

    Multiple forced name changes can result in a perm ban of the account

    how do i get a response from member of somebody that works for xbox live - cant answer my question over the phone dispite two phone calls to them and an online chat to them they have taken my money for an account that they will not let my son use,

    You have to post and only once

    Did you already ask and was answered?

    If so then you can't ask anymore

    Spaming and asking the same question over won't get further answers

    There is no hotlines as with every service enforcers cannot be contacted by phone as it would be impossible to call as every cheater and hacker would spam call them to try and reverse their ban

    The forums are moderated so that the questions can't be spamed and everyone can be heard

    Also if your forum post isn't approved they will usually say why in a forum msg or email

    Usually already answered so many times or wrong account etc

    Or a pm is sent with q reason not to embarrass your child

    At this point ask your child if you want details with terms of use violations you forfeit everything on your account if its a perm ban
