Taken King Suros shader and emblems not working!

I just went to check my shaders today and saw my pre-order pack for the suros shader and emblem is showing as "Requires Pre-order Exclusive" and I did pre-order and its way after TTK launch! It was working before, I don't know the last time I used it but
I even confirmed that I have the pack installed and it should be working just fine. I don't know what to do and its just a little irritating that I seem to be the only one of my clan having this issue.

Thank you Misses Quinzel for the clarification.

I believe that many 360 owners (including myself) were eager to get the preorder bonuses for Taken King. Those include the Suros weapons pack as well as the special emblem, shader, etc. My concern is that since those are PREORDER bonuses, if we purchase
the digital version on 9/15 without having preordered it (since its unavailable by design) then we'll miss out on the preorder bonuses. That's why so many people are upset that we 360 owners who purchased Destiny at launch and bought DB and HoW (or Expansion
Pass) are the ones left out in the cold with Taken King launch imminent.

I have that problem too and I accidentally deleted the suros pre-order exclusive thinking that I could download it again and it would work but I uninstalled it and I can't download it anymore do you know a way I can get it again?

JagZ42 I did the exact same thing as you and I'm still trying to figure out how to recover. If you get there, please let me know what you did.

Hi,

have you attempted to cancel the installation of the TTK upgrade/delete it and try to re-install it again? The contents of the upgrade include 3 class items, 3 class-specific shaders and 3 class-specific new emotes. As for the weapon packs (including SUROS
shader and emblem), those were only available if you pre-ordered the TTK DLC itself (i.e. purchased before the 15th of this month).

If you did pre-order, you can find the new emblem and shader at the postmaster and the SUROS and Vanguard weapon packs at the Vanguard Quartermaster in the tower hangar.

I have friends tat have pre-ordered the digital download for 360 and received the emblem and shader already. People have told me it will not be available at or that if you buy it on the 15th as long as you buy it before the 16th that you still get the suros
arsenal pack and the armor shader and emblem is this ture? Please answer soon
