Taken King still "unavailable" or "not available"

So.... I just got off the phone with Xbox Support. They verified that the Expansion Pass was bought on my account. I go to this link... store.xbox.com/.../ca85276b-8399-49d4-9bbe-426e53f17d4d and it still says "not available."

However, the Xbox Support rep (who plays Destiny) said it has been changed and that you can only buy the standalone in game. So, I go there... and still can't buy it.

Weird. Try playing the trailer anf TTK and see if you get the option after that. If that doesn't wok reach out to Bungie support to see if they can do something for you. A while back a friend of mine was having issues with loading the DLC and they did
something on their end to fix it. If they ask for proof of purchase you can take a screen shot of recent purchases on your account at commerce.microsoft.com

Yep, tried playing the trailer, but that didn't help. Bungie support is going to give my details to their release management team to see what they can do to fix it.

It got fixed.

I had to contact Microsoft again to get a screenshot or something that showed I bought the Expansion Pass so I could pass it on to Bungie. They couldn't provide it even though they show it is registered to my Xbox.

I checked my bank statements and the Microsoft account purchase history they were able to provide me... and I saw no money being deducted for the Expansion Pass. Therefore, it appears when we bought the Expansion Pass, the financial part of the transaction
did not process, but the console thought we bought it.

To fix this, I...

- Uninstalled everything Destiny related.

- Cleared the cache

- Bought the Collector's Edition for $79.99 (or Legendary edition would work, too)

- Re-installed everything digitally. I had Destiny on disc, but I didn't touch that during the re-install. I simply installed the new digital version

No, it is not true. Xbox licenses cannot be transferred from one gamertag to another. Bungie are the ones who set the requirements for getting the DLC, not Xbox. If you would like their policy on the game to change then you'll need to continue contacting
them.

Sorry but there was never any option to transfer licenses. It cannot be done.

It seems Microsoft should be able to fix it as well. Why not transfer licenses to the main Xbox account?
