Taken King (only) & Collector's Edition Content bundle pre-order?

Does anyone know why it isn't available on the Xbox Store yet?

Does anyone know when it will be? That is the version I want; Bungie said they were doing it - after the criticism.

[source GameSpot] It was supposed to be made available in addition to the other pre-order tiers for 60USD.

... any insight is appreciated

Destiny, the Taken King did not receive digital edition collectors upgrade

Destiny: The Taken King Legendary Edition, that content is not included in the pack you purchased. If you are interested in the Collector's Edition content, you would need to purchase the

Destiny: The Taken King Collector's Edition Upgrade separately.

I Paid for Content and Now it is Gone

So just a few days ago I bought Destiny: The Taken King - Legendary Edition for $30.00 USD in the Xbox Live Store because it was on sale for Gold Members. That bundle includes Destiny, Destiny: The Taken King, and Destiny: The Taken King -
Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade. I was able to download everything. However in game my Destiny: The Taken King - Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade content did not show up. So I quit and closed the game completely and went into manage game and uninstalled
it. I then reinstalled the Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade content and restarted my game. It did not appear again so I quit and completely closed the game. But when I uninstalled it and to try again my Destiny: The Taken King - Digital Collector's Edition
Upgrade did not appear in the add-on to download section like it normally does. So can someone help me figure out what went wrong? I paid for this add I want my content back. I am writing on the Destiny forums about the content not appearing but can someone
tell me why I cannot see or re-download the Destiny: The Taken King - Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade content. Thank you!

if your talking about Destiny's new update i found this on a gaming forum may not be 100% fact

The Taken King, the latest and largest expansion for Bungie’s Destiny is launching on September 15, 2015. The new expansion adds new weapons, story missions, increases the level cap and includes a new raid called ‘The King’s Fall’. It seems now however,
that the newest raid will not be playable the same day the rest of the content is available.

Raids in Destiny are team-based missions that require a great deal of skill, planning and time. “The King’s Fall” is most likely a high-level mission and may have been delayed to give players more time to level up their characters. However, no reason is
given for the delay and no estimate of the raid’s release has been offered, even if Bungie apparently already know when it will be released.

Destiny: The Taken King will be available on September 15, 2015.

Neither of your attempts even came close... it didn't stop me from giving you some kudos for the effort I'll take you to knowledge college: There is collector's edition content dlc (include xp boosts, exclusive unique shaders, and exclusive unique class
emotes). Originally it was locked behind an 80USD pay wall - it angered many veteran and loyal Destiny players since in order to get this content you would have to re-buy Destiny and the two prior expansions that they already own. Bungie responded and promised
to add an additional pre-order tier that included just the new expansion TTK and the CEC - it has not happened yet. I wanted to know where the sku is. The kicker is there is also exclusive content in the pre-order sku of the stand-a-lone TTK for 40USD and
usually that content is available during the pre-order period only; that is why there was supposed to be 60USD sku that include TTK and the CEC. I broke down and bought the TTK stand-a-lone... so now I hope they allow a CEC dlc content upgrade to be sold
separately for 20USD. I was looking for some definitive answers in respect to both these issues.

yea they still have not released it in the xbox store, I am really annoyed at this since they said it would be available when the taken king came out

Hey, Noble! They have released it, it's
the Taken King Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade. This is only available to users that have the base game and both expansions already. If you do not have those on your account, you will be unable purchase it.

Alright, guys! After a bit of digging, looks like this is intentional right now. There is no ability to pre-order content on the Xbox 360 at this time, and the stand-alone Taken King content is not released. The content within the Legendary and Collector's
edition is currently released because the base game and DLC is all released, minus the full content for The Taken King.

If it becomes the 15th and The Taken King isn't available in its US$40 stand-alone edition, please let us know. At this time, it is intentional that you cannot pre-order the new content.

Just to clarify, what edition of The Taken King did you purchase and when did you purchase it? You can check your purchase history on your
Microsoft Commerce page. If you purchased Destiny: The Taken King - Legendary Edition, according to the

Xbox Store page, the Collector's Edition Digital Upgrade is not included in that bundle. If you would like to acquire the Collector's Edition content, you can purchase the content from the

Xbox Store directly provided you already own the following:

Destiny
Expansion I: The Dark Below
Expansion II: House of Wolves
Destiny: The Taken King

Sorry to hear it. In order for The Taken King to be downloaded separately you would have needed to purchase both of the previous DLC's AND Destiny on the same gamertag. If no one can access TTK then my presumption is that the game and content were each
purchased on a separate tag.

Your only option here would be to purchase the Legendary or Collector's Edition. It's a little more but will give you the game and all DLC up to TTK which you will be able to access and play on the console.

Hi iNb4 Ownage,

What I was looking for was information specifically about purchasing the Collectors Edition items. I already own Destiny and The Taken King.

The Collector's Edition bundle contains additional items that are supposed to be available for purchase separately. Currently they are listed as part of a bundle only, but they are supposed to be available for individual sale as well. I am hoping this will
be available by tomorrow so I can make use of them.
