    'TAKEN' (EXTENDED HARDER CUT) BLU-RAY DOES NOT PLAY ON XBOX ONE S


    I have tried this on both my XBOX ONE S consoles and it loads to a black screen and does not go any further. If you bring up the control menu and try and skip forward or bring up the menu nothing works. I have tried shutting down my XBOXs and same problem.
    The BLU-RAY plays fine on a Sony PlayStation 3 with no issues. Is anybody else having the same problem or has a workaround?

    Hey WILDman260,

    Are specifically having this issue with the 4K Blue-Ray version of Oblivion as well? I saw that you mentioned 4K Blu-Rays worked before the update, did you set up your Xbox One S and try a 4K Blu-ray before updating?

    Thanks for posting this up, are there any other Universal Studios 4K Blu-Ray movies that you can try out as well? In the meantime, please try uninstalling the Blu-Ray app, power cycle your Xbox One S console by holding the power button, and then reinstall
    the Blu-Ray app.

    The menu button on the xbox one media remote does not work in the blu ray app. It will not pull up the blu ray dvd menu. The menu button on the gaming remote will pull up the blu ray menu. Can you notify me when this is resolved. The menu button does work
    every where else except in the blu ray app.

    None of my games have taken more than like 15 minutes. I've installed 7 games from disc so far. Also, my Blu-Ray's load very fast compared to a Blu-Ray player I just bought 3 months ago.
