    Dear Microsoft,

    You have taken payment again for Game Pass which I cancelled late November/early December and turned off recurring billing.

    You have proceeded to take money without permission, then when trying to request a refund the same day you have taken the funds, there is no process in which this request can be made, or any format in which I can request the return via a Microsoft representative.
    When going to the contact us on on the Microsoft site and trying to request a refund, I am constantly diverted to turn off recurring billing and management my subscription.

    when I use the virtual agent, I've tried many options, request refund, refund game pass, return funds, speak to an agent, cancel pending payment, request return, etc. All the time I'm sent on a run around and end up repeating the same processes leading
    to different dead ends.

    Having previously cancelled this subscription you have dishonestly taken funds, its not the first time you have done this, it happened a few months ago when you automatically signed my up to skype, even though I never used it, why would I there are better
    services which are free, Zoom, Google, etc!

    Can you please stop committing theft and return my funds!
