    Take off prior enforcement actions?


    I was thinking that it would be a good idea to maybe take peoples previous bans off of their account. Like for me I would like to become an Ambassador, but my account has prior bans that were quite a while ago or people got mad at me for stupid reasons (killing
    them or "trash talking"). Maybe you can take them off after a set amount of time without getting banned or anything else like that. If you can't it wont really affect me that much, but please consider it. I was just putting an idea out there. Thanks for reading...

    Investigations take time. You could have been reported for messages that were sent prior to your last enforcement action.

    It takes time for the enforcement team to investigate reports. So the incident likely occurred weeks prior to the enforcement. You can file a case review if eligible. the enforcement team does not use the forums.

    Report and block the player. The enforcement team has things to review prior to taking action so things are not immediate.

    Investigations take time. Each report is investigated before an enforcement action is taken. It would have been something that happened prior to your current enforcement action.

    The enforcement team USED to use the forums, but that stopped quite a while ago.

    Just follow the Code of Conduct, it is that simple.

    You can view your ban by logging into
    enforcement.xbox.com     and file a case review from there if eligible. The enforcement team takes time to investigate these reports so the action that lead to it could have taken place days/weeks prior to the enforcement.
