Take a screenshot does not work on Xbox fitness

Hi,

Although xbox recognize the screenshot command and not giving any error or warning, i cannot take screenshot on fitness.

What can be the problem?

Sorry you're not able to take a screenshot. Do you have a Kinect, if so does it work when you say "Xbox, Take a Screenshot"? If you do not have Kinect and the option is not there, then try going into the Settings > Preferences, and then see if the
option to "allow broadcasts and game captures" is turned off. If it is, then turn it on and see if you can take a screenshot while in a game.

Help with the xbox one store

I also have the same problem and pressing B does not help. My store page is stuck to the Fitness App and I can't go back to view other games. When ever I press B it takes me to "You games & apps", I then try to access the store again and it takes me back
to the stuck Fitness page. Turning it off and back on does not work...

You can also not record clips of Xbox Fitness as people pointed out in another thread. In that case it came down to Xbox Fitness being classified as an app which doesn't allow clips to be recorded.

In reality, I think they want to prevent people sharing being naked in front of kinect

I just say "xbox take a screenshot" with Kinect , should be a double tap on the home button then "Y" button....

also Make sure 'Allow Broadcasts and game DVR uploads' is still checked in settings / preferences.

I think the Xbox One S has a standard figure 8 power connector on it.

I see that it is a cable that I have seen before. Does this mean that I can use any cable that fits. I forgot to take my power supply with me and wonder if we have one that fits. I am guessing the transformer is now internal (its a white xbox s) so any cable
that fits should work?
