    UGH, this is the worst, while watching "watch later" it pauses between EACH video to show you a screen with the next few videos coming up and waits there for 10 seconds unless you press A to start the next video. They used to just play in order without
    that random pause, and it's terrible.

    If you will mainly watch tv and stream videos, the 4 gb will do fine. You can always buy the hdd later if you want to buy stuff on the marketplace and install games. Good luck on your purchase:)
