Taco Bell in our neighborhood

I do know that the Taco Bell in our neighborhood, Taco Bell Store Number:[mod removed] deliberately did NOT participate in promoting any of the XBox promotions.

These Taco Bell boxes that contained special codes for special prizes, the boxes were never used. Instead the box order was stuck in a small bag and shook really hard and handed off in the drive thru.

My son is a huge gamer and always wanted to go to Taco Bell so he could get XBox gaming stuff that came with the meal. Never happened, not once. The answer was always the same. "We don't have the boxes right now" but right after the promotion expired, amazingly
the boxes were being used.

I truly believe XBox needs to know what this particular franchise is doing with their promotions. Because if Microsoft is paying this store for the promotion, then Microsoft is getting ripped off. Plus I learned something new today as well, the nasty long
moldy beard on the Pepsi soda dispenser is NOT part of the Taco Bell's worker job responsibility, so I guess it must be the responsibility of the Pepsi regional offices to clean them? I wrote Pepsi Corporate to ask who removes those long nasty black moldy
beards from the soda dispensers.

I think it's time that this particular Taco Bell Store is held accountable for the slop food, moldy soda products and with holding promotional gaming products from it's customers. New management might help but this has been going on for a long time. I almost
want to say a few years now. Maybe time for a new owner that does care. This Taco Bell is a mini gold mine because of all the new growth and not even another Taco Bell or Del Taco in a 20 mile radius.

Be good to have a new owner and new manager that actually cares about their clientele.

So how can I make my voice heard with such a large corporation as Microsoft and Taco Bell?
