    Tabs disappear when i login to my xbox live account


    so here's what happens when im logged out i can see so many tabs on my dashboard i can see the Bing search bar i can download YouTube but as soon as i login everything disappears and im only left with a few tabs like great games to play and recommended
    tabs (other tabs like games with gold movies bing search bar etc just vanish).please help me cuz im getting very annoyed by this (BTW i have an Xbox 360).

    If the gamertag you're seeing when you login to Xbox.com and the gamertag you see when you login to your Xbox 360 console is not the same then that means that you're not logging into the right Xbox LIVE account.

    If you have access to this account on your Xbox 360 console go to Settings > Account > 3rd Tab (Account Information) > Account Security. Look to the right hand side, and you'll see the e-mail you should be using to login to Xbox.com.

    I'm having the same problem I had from last update - Bing and Social Tabs disappeared!

    Ok, so now I notice that my Bing tab is back and functional. Now my problem is my Social tab disappears. Every time I turn my Xbox on, the Social tab will be there, but a black transparent rectangular box will only show up there with a white loading ring.
    After a couple of minutes passes by, the entire tab disappears.

    Hi Christopher,

    Thanks for posting a solution, it didn't work for me. Just to be clear I am able to login into my Xbox live account on my Xbox console, in the PC Xbox app, and the browser. The problem is only when I open the game and the game is unable to detect/login to my Xbox live account login.
