    Got a new xbox one Christmas Day. Logo Screen comes on, loading bubbles appear to be loading then system error code comes up. Says to contact support. System error code # E3050000000180073CFE.

    Hey everyone!

    I moved this thread to our Xbox One support forums for better visibility. This update error was likely due to our service interruption we had yesterday.

    same here. They gotta be kidding me if its gonna take more than a week to come up with a solution. By the time that happens they are going to lose alot of business to Playstation... this really sucks

    I just received this error and was told by customer support that there were some consoles affected to wait 24 hours to power it back on and I should be able to set it up normally.

    We shall see...
