    So the issue is ine day my xbox stopped wroking properly first i couldint go into matchmaking then it stopped opening certain apps and games then it flat out stopped working at all it gave me a error code it said E202 8007000E 00000000 i dont know much
    about my xbox one i got in 2015 please help

    Should have been only a error in their system or something, i don't think that GameStop would not sell such a system even before the release.

    Blu Ray & DVD App Problems

    DVD giving all the same error and never bother with US Blu Ray.

    Xbox support was not helpful kept saying system was down and call back later.

    To fix this problem you will need to factory reset your console keeping games and apps in a pre-boot state:

    First, eject any discs. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off. Wait 30 seconds, then plug the power cord back in. Press and hold the BIND button (to connect controllers) and the EJECT
    button (located on the front of the console), and then press the Xbox button on the console. Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the BIND and EJECT buttons
    after the second power-up tone. The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

    To reset your console from the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter, use the D-pad and A button on your controller to select Reset this Xbox. When prompted, select Keep games and apps. This option will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without
    deleting your games or apps.

    It should work fine after that. If not, you may need to use the
    USB factory reset method     or even a repair.
