Guten Tag liebe Community,

ich habe das Problem, dass beim starten der Xbox ich den Fehlercode E102 bekomme. Im Menü, wo man nur mit dem Steuerkreuz voran kommt möchte ich dann meine Xbox auf die Werkseinstellungen zurück setzen. Allerdings startet er die Konsole nur neu und ich bin
wieder im Menü und das geht immer so weiter. Ich habe es auch schon mit dem offline update probiert, jedoch erkennt er meinen USB Stick nicht. Kann mir da jemand weiter helfen?

E102 error code. If these solutions do not resolve the issue; you may need to

create a repair order for the console. You can create a repair order by utilizing the Microsoft device website we provided, or by contacting the

action that you may take from this point would be to try another USB flash to see if that is recognized, or to order a repair as relayed by @XBF Leo
