    Hi I have E105 eror in system and the Xbox is very very slow what I can to do

    And if I reset my Xbox with keeping the games when I login in again are my visa information will still in my account and gold and gamepass will still in my account plz tell me

    Sorry to hear this has happened to you, have you tried factory reseting your consoke back to before the xbox update was installed on to it?

    I have done all the troubletroubleshooting it has asked me to do. All it does is saying preparing console and something went wrong. Microsoft says it needs to be sent in for repair. And unfortunately after only a year and a half just don't fly with
    me. Warranty only last a year.
