    System Won't Turn On Properly?


    I am having a new problem now, when I turn my console on it keeps saying my kinect is new and it's trying to connect to console , also my controller looks like it's searching for the system. I have to do a hard reset now every time I want to play and when
    I turn it off and come back I get the same problem,

    I have the same problem. The system won't turn on at all. It will make the sound and light up, but won't turn on.

    Meant to say.....For some reason, my Kinect won't turn on when my system turns on.............

    If your system is new and the hard reset isn't working try taking it back to the store with the receipt and see if you can swap it out. If not you might have to submit a repair on xbox.com.

    Yeah I have a 2 year warranty at gamestop so I might try that.

    I unplugged everything from back of xbox and plugged it all back in. Its working FOR NOW except for the fact when I turn on controller system does not turn on which I can deal with if it stays like that.

    I've tried it all and still can't conect

    Unfortunately this link didn't help. I went to the link and followed thier instructions to the "T". The system still won't let me reload my profile. Turned off and 're-started my network hardware. Went and checked my status and everything is up and running
    properly.

    I unplugged everything from back of xbox and plugged it all back in. Its working FOR NOW except for the fact when I turn on controller system does not turn on which I can deal with if it stays like that.

    I would suggest getting your xbox cleaned for dust, if that doesn't work, i would suggest getting he power supply or fan looked at. If the system fan isnt working or the dust build up is too great, there is a chance the xbox won't turn on properly. If
    the power supply is suffering, their could be a similar effect. But the safest, fast, and cost effective route is getting your xbox cleaned for dust, due to the fact that your xbox may just need a cleaning but if that's not the problem, i would move on to
    the fan, and the last option would be the power supply.
