system will not respond

Ever since your "update" the other day I have had nothing but issues from my xbox one. Slow.. unresponsive.. lagging screens. What are you all doing to this product?? I didn't have one issue at all prior to this update of yours. As of right now I have been
unable to use the system without issues for 3 days. FIX IT !

Xbox 360 elite freeze after 4-5 hours.

All of them are working, just the system does not respond.

Make the menu respond better first. Then I’ll think about decking out my system.

 

when I turned on the system this evening it took forever to just get to the green screen. Now its just sitting there with those three loading dots blinking at me.. over 15 minutes now. What are you all doing??

 

Hey there. You can usually fix issues like this with a "hard reset." If you can get the guide open, go down to settings, then Restart console. If not, hold the power button on the front of the console down for about 10 seconds until it shuts down.

If it's still running slow when you boot back up, do the same, but go to Turn off console instead, then unplug the power cord from the back for 5 minutes.

 

If you're still stuck on the green screen after 10 minutes, hold the power button down to turn it off, then unplug it for 5 minutes. If it happens again, you will most likely have to run the Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool. You can find it, and the

REDICULOUS! I should not have to do that.. especially prior to this update we all had that has spawned this issue. so ticked.

 

you may also want to reset your internet modem, as the Xbox one is running off the internet. To do this you turn off the console and unplug it from the wall while you reset your internet modem. I would do this every other month just to keep the console internet
signal fresh in the system memory.
