System updates in the background?

It will update automaticly in the background when you shutdown or you can update manually in system settings.

People love to jump the gun and not think things out. Always online could very weel mean running in the background always searching for updates to pull in as hot fixes, ect. It may very weel mean that when you are online, the system is also online in the
background doing different functions such as update searches, saving to the cloud, downloading stuff in the background, ect.

Since the update when turning on my system it fails to load past my background and freezes, I tried pulling out my hard drive and restart my system and then I'm prompted to download the update again. Thinking my hard drive must have crash I re-download the
update to my system drive and now it's doing the same thing, Starts.... loads background.... Freezes! And now I have an expensive paperweight!

As well as updating graphics drivers, what background tasks do you have running?

I had this happen to me today as well with ghosts. Do you have it on disc? My guess is that it needs the disc in drive in order to update for that game while in standby mode.
