System updates are a week late?

So I'm just now getting the update that was released on the 10th. Am I the only one? I'm EST time and have great internet, never really have any issues other than double tapping the home button and this one. Are the update released spaced out or something?

Have you tried to restart the console ? So i think these are updates error, infact today i have done the system update diagnostic tool, because 2 weeks ago xbox tell me " there was a problem with the update ".

You are aware that when new DLC comes out, it sometimes takes up to a week for the system to fully update all achievement info?

I've been going through the same thing. Sent in my console late October, got an email saying the system was shipped Nov 6th and after lies/excuses from xbox support, my system will be here late next week. Almost a full month later
