"System update required but unavailable to download" no error codes appear

I have been playing on Black ops 3 all day, and at about 6pm my console kicks me off the game saying unable to read disk.

so I then restart my Xbox and sign in. I carry on playing Black ops 3 the. About 5 minutes later it kicks me back to the home screen saying there is a system update available for Xbox live but unavailable to download. There is no Error codes appearing, I
have tried the left bumper right bumper X, to re-download the update but it continues to say that it cannot download the update. Also when I restart my Console it isn't coming up with my profiles on the HDD, when I go into the storage and select the hard drive
it says corrupted profile for the two profiles. I keep trying to restart the Xbox and it just becomes really slow. Please help!!

Can not connect to Xbox live

I also cannot connect to Xbox Live. I have restarted my modem and unplugged the Xbox. The error I am seeing is "update failed....A system update is required to connect to Xbox Live but the update is currently unavailable if the problem persists visit....."
I have been seeing the error message since Friday afternoon

I havent been on xbox live in a year. and i just got a wireless adapter for my xbox and im using a wifi hotspot off of my phone for internet. Just yesterday i was installing the update fine but my phone died and when i retried it today the second the download
started it gave me an error code of "3F45-0000-3080-0300-8007-2F76" now i know that the "8007" means improper download or whatever so i did the "lb, rb, x" trick and put the update on a flash drive and installed it and after that when i went to sign in it
said "A system update is required to sign in into xbox live but the update is unavailable" with no error code or anything. I have tried changing my "DNS" to Googles but nothing changes. I am super frustrated and any help would be great please!!!

First, if your system can not read your disc, you may want to invest in a cleaner cd, its just a cd with soft bristles to clean the lens just incase it is dirty.

Second, if it doesnt read any discs often after that, your optical drive may be going out.

Third, if your system update is unavailable, download it from Xbox.com (a quick search will bring up the correct update you need depending on your console), put it on a USB drive, then put it in your Xbox and follow the steps.

Fourth, if your profiles are showing as corrupt, try removing those profiles, and re-entering your credentials (login details), so they redownload to your Xbox, they might just need a refresh.

Fifth, try a System Cache clean, may resolve some hidden issues.

Yes, I tried that, but all that happened was it said "extracting files" and then closed the window. Now whenever I turn on the console and try to download my profile it just reads "a system update is required to sign into Xbox LIVE, but the update is currently
unavailable." with no error or status codes.

Keep in mind if I am ever able to get this update installed and sign into my profile that may not solve the unavailable content issue.

downloading & installing usb update.

the whole lb rb x thingie & re-installing update.

did ALL you suggested.

Console was brand new. There was no error code just a message, update failed, a system update is required to sign in to xbox live, but the update is currently unavailable. If the problem persists, visit www.xbox.com/support.

Got this message on my old xbox and the brand new one.
