    System Update Not Found


    This morning my Xbox 360 started claiming that it needed a system update in order to connect but that the update was not available. However after waiting and selecting ok it lets me login later once it's fully loaded.

    Is there an update that's due out today or is my 360 just getting old and confused???

    Update not found

    In starting Skyrim I get a system message saying "update not found - This game requires a update, but the update couldn't be found." I have cleared my system cache but this action has not affected this issue. Any ideas?

    Hello ReapingMrDeath,

    This is a known issue with the Xbox 360 Update System.

    Try deleting your profile and profile ONLY. If you do not know how to delete your profile, follow this link:

    support.xbox.com/.../delete-xbox-live-profile-from-xbox-360-console

    Remember, Your PROFILE ONLY. Absolutely do NOT, I repeat..do NOT Delete Profile and Items.

    After deleting your PROFILE ONLY re-download it and see if you are still getting the same error.

    If that does not work, you can errors that happen when trying to update by following the link I am going to provide:

    support.xbox.com/.../software-update-errors

    Which profile should I delete as this error is coming up before I try to login with any of the ones on my console?

    Error Code: 0x87de07dc

    You need to use the system update, found in settings, system. Right at the bottom. Update the system and they will finish the install.

    sorry guys, i just found the problem, it didn't want to update iw, it wanted to update the whole xbox, go to settins, system, system update, update now if avaliable
