    System update Needed


    Hello,

    My daughters xbox will not connect to xbox live. This is my error code 4467 0000 3080 0300 D000 0185. I do not know how this occured. My daughter has autism and can't verbalize what happened. She usually dances so maybe she was dancing when it happened.
    And she gets frustrated because I can't fix it.

    So it says, system update available from xbox live. If you don't update you can't use live. Do you want to update.?I tried it but I get the code. And it says xbox live failed.

    Send me some suggestions please.

    Hello,

    I tried this method:

    Disconnect and reconnect your console's power cable
    1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
      Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
    It powered on with the green swirl and indicates again that I need a system update.

    What should I try next? And thanks!!

    May I know if you receive an error code or message if you try waiting a while?

    Which console do you have?

    And what procedures you tried to fix this?

    system updates need to be less intrusive

    It is even less before a force happens to insiders. Also instant on, keep console updated doesn't always work. When seeing these issues, I automatically assume they are insiders, as auto update (as stated by OP) hasn't solved the issue.

    Also it can be an issue if it a is pre owned xbox that the previous person did not remove, before selling.
