system update/login problems

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get your console back on track. I can totally understand how this could be pretty concerning for anyone to encounter. If this is happening after a system update, then I would recommend

power cycling your console. If that does not work, try going to
Settings> Devices and Streaming> Blu-ray> persistent storage
in the Xbox One Guide and clearing that three times. Once that has been done, go to
Settings> General> Network Settings> Advanced Settings> Alternate MAC address, clearing that and letting your console restart as a quick preliminary means of troubleshooting.

When you get the chance, try those steps and let us know if that helped.

Im having the same exact error id like to know waht you did to resolve it i just posted it on this forum but no hits so far.

Have you tried clearing your cache.

Sign in on your console and on the 'Home' hub of the dashboard and scroll to the far right, then select the 'Settings' hub.

Then select the 'System' tile in the upper left.

From here scroll down x2 and select 'memory.'

Highlight the HDD and press 'Y', then select 'clear system cache.'

(A message will pop up saying 'This will perform maintainance on your xbox 360 storage device, do you want to continue?'

Select 'Yes.'

Now that you've cleared the cache, pop a game in your console and install the update when prompted. You will need to

perform this for every title you play after clearing, but it should only be the once per title now (unless future

updates are released)
