System Update July 5th 2018

I got on my Xbox today and realized it had gotten an update. Late I realize but that's not the issue. The issue is I hit the home button and move my cursor to where my pins button was. And I was disappointed to find that the Pins Button was replaced by
a Alerts Button. A simple change like that just made game accesibility take only a little longer. I can handle the change... I just really don't like it and wanted other people's thoughts? Maybe we can get it reverted?

Redeemed Xbox rewards points not given?

So I have 67k lifetime points, and had 45k available, so I redeemed my points on the 5th July 2018 for 12 months of gold and some contest entries but never recieved anything or any confirmation but now all my points are gone....

 

I think is just a matter of getting used to with the new group form

Yeah, pins section has been replace with notifications but you'll also notice that now your pins are grouped under "My Games & Apps" button. So they are there, just under a different button but with a better grouping feature

 

I would recommend that you join the Xbox Insider program by downloading the Insider App on your console. As part of the program you can preview upcoming changes, and give feedback to the developers. The more User feedback that they get, the better they
can tune the system for use and comfort.

 

This! Microsoft uses the insider program as a great way to gather feedback from the community before they roll out these changes to the rest of the community!

 

Yup, it's just a matter of getting used to it i'm afraid, i don't really mind it tbh.
