    Hello Everyone,

    My conveniently just out of warranty Xbox One X has stopped posting and usually brings me to the something went wrong screen where I can restart, factory reset, or boot from a USB. I have now gotten a new issue Pictured Below .

    I have tried the online troubleshooting that Xbox provides where my specific code does not fall into any of the categories. I don't know how to proceed to fix this issue. Based on my prior issues I was having I would assume that my hard drive within the
    system is shot, but I am not sure. I would contact Xbox directly about this but this issue must have been deemed not important enough as they don't offer chat or call for an issue like this. Any ideas thank you in advance?

    The only thing i can recommend you if to select try again but with a wired connection to the internet, maybe your wifi signal is too weak

    can you download xbow One S updates to your laptop and transfer the update to your xbox latter

    There is an offline system update tool where you can go online and download the system update to a USB drive and then bring that drive and plug it into your xbox and hold down a couple buttons while turning it on and it will do the update that way.

    This tool is more for people that have problems with their systems not updating correctly through the normal means but I do not see why this would not work in your situation too.

    Hello, since you still haven't resolved the issue. Have you tried downloading a system update through your computer and then onto a USB which you can then use on the Xbox? If it doesn't work I'd recommend you call Microsoft.
