System update error

Discus and support System update error in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I plugged in the new Xbox One and started the console, I was asked to perform a system update, which I have attempted with no luck.     System update error


    I plugged in the new Xbox One and started the console, I was asked to perform a system update, which I have attempted with no luck. Keep getting a message:

    "There was a problem with the update. You need this update to use your console".

    After holding both triggers and bumper buttons on the controller, I found the following error message:

    Update Error 0x8923000a 00000000 00000206 Note: Internet connection is good

    Have also requested a support specialist call me (twice) to discuss, but no-one has bothered to call me.

    Can anyone provide any help please

    How recently did you download the file from the website? I believe it was updated mid-day yesterday with the new version.

    the screen spashes, then flashes, then it power cycles, loads into the OS then told me that the mandatory update was available and if i wanted to download it - it appears as if it did not install the update.

    error code 0x80070570 0x00000000 0x00000301. How should i solve the issue as i restore my factory systems and now i am unable to update my xbox one. Thank you.
    I have this same problem too but I use Mac instead of Windows. Anyone can help me with that?
