    I have got the new dashboard through the preview program and everything has been running smoothly until i noticed that everything was suddenly laggy in the snap area and settings and xbox related applications , i can't even launch netflix it just shuts its
    self down and won't launch at all all xbox applications on click on a button does not activate for example i can't join party's it just doesn't join them and is extremely laggy to the point were the cursor is moving down every 15 seconds , therefore i can't
    join party's look at friends even use my apps they just don't launch and occasionally it will say "example" has taken to long to load for some reason and the name of what is failing has nothing to do with that application

    This is extremely annoying and needs to be fixed immediately , as it's unusable at this point

    Is anyone else having this issue?

    Some Xbox play anywhere questions

    Yes, because Nvidia didn't recently release a driver that pretty much borked everyone's system. Hell, they currently have drivers out that make DP unusable for VIVE. That's simply unacceptable.

  3. Had problem with ads rendering MS Jigsaw unusable. Upgraded to premium.

    paid to upgrade to premium of MS jigsaw because otherwise couldn't tolerate ads rendering system unusable. Now I still get the ads despite having paid to eliminate. Jigsaw unusable despite having paid to upgrade. Seems to reflect on Microsoft in general.
    Reluctant to deal with MS; may switch completely to Apple products if not resolved

    So basically i'm left in the dark and xbox can't help.

    Hey there! To minimize confusion because troubleshooting may be different for preview updates than regular versions, you'll want to post this, and everything else preview related in the preview forums (forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx).
    This will also ensure that the proper team sees your post and can help you out. Also, make sure you look at the list of known issues to see if there is a workaround.

    If you haven't already, be sure to report any issues via the preview app on your console, so that all relevant data gets reported to Microsoft.

    For most issues, a hard reset will help. Hold the Xbox logo on the front of your console for 10 seconds until it fully shuts down. Wait a few seconds, turn it back on, and try again.

  6. Word for word the exact same issue i'm having. I know this is a preview service but surely these bugs should be ironed out before being rolled out across the live community. People pay annually not to mention for downloads and everything else. I can't play
    some of my favourite games and its one of my days off from working nights. Awful service. I'm so tempted to opt out but don't have a storage device to save all of my data to so just stuck waiting for this issue to be resolved. Already complained through the
    preview app. Would all my save data not be stored on the cloud if i load my profile on my xbox after system reboot? You're doing a good job KenH2k4 as you have responded to a lot of peoples problems i appreciate that. P.S I'm sorry xbox but we are gamers and
    we need to play!

    Hey Hans. Your save games should be in the cloud, as long as you were connected to Live last time you played. You can redownload any prior purchases for free as well.

    As for ironing out the bugs, that's what they're trying to accomplish with the preview program. Some issues, no matter how much you test, don't show up until the software is released to a wide audience. However, as a part time gamer myself, I totally understand
    how this can be frustrating.

    Also, thanks for that. I try to be as helpful as possible, and I'm glad that you said that I have been System unusable :)

    You opted into a beta

    Since people have different condigurations not all bugs show up

    If you dont want bugs dont sign up for a beta it is that simple

    That is the aggreement younsigned in opting in

    The preview is a closed program to TEST new features

    For a select small group of people why do you thihk they limited the amount of people

    We arent talking millions only thousands

    Hey Hans. Your save games should be in the cloud, as long as you were connected to Live last time you played. You can redownload any prior purchases for free as well.
