System to appeal Enforcement is flawed!

I find it stupid that when you get the chance to appeal a communication ban, you aren't given any information WHATSOEVER on why you got the ban. How are you supposed to make a case if you have NO idea WHY you got the ban? I have sent HUNDREDS of messages
and have no idea what each ban was about. By the time I use my ONE message (to the enforcement team) asking WHY I got banned, I have no more messages (to the enforcement team) to actually make my appeal. Fix this messed upsystem, PLEASE!

Falsely Accused of Cheating and Reported

My mistake, I figured a case review might help. In that case, there's apparently no appeal to getting unjustly put in bad rep. A few players can report/block you to avoid getting matched up against you, and then we have to suffer the consequences. Getting
a suspension for a violation is one thing, but ths Rep system is seriously flawed.

I really hope the Enforcement team will address our issue.

 

xbox enforecment actions and cyber bullying

I just wanted to ask, is it true that the enforcement system uses a scripted bot to moderate communications on Xbox live? If so then the system itself is kind of susceptible to flaws, correct?

Xbox Services Terms & Conditions Of course if you ever run into any other players online that are giving you a hard time, I would highly advise of course to report and block these players.

Its not flawed though you just dont get it

One everything must be rated e for everyone regardless if who starts it

Also they dont give you the info because if retailiation you can pin point who reported you and take possible retailiation

Which is not allowed period

As the mod said keep it clean its that simple

 

Im having the same problem right now as well. I used my one message to them explaining what happened and that i did nothing to break the code of conduct and them it gets upheld without any response of why

 

Well eric that does us no good because you guys didnt do your job the first time and look through our case thouroughly and now were stuck with a suspension that we did nothing to get in the first place and we used our only case review to instantly get
turned down

 

Every case is reviewed by an enforcement agent plain and simple do not do anything that could violate the code of conduct or thw terms of use and you wont have to worry about being suspended

 

Thats the thing. Ive done nothing to break the rules of xbox live or code of conduct which keeps on getting brought up. Of course the simple answer would be just follow the rules but its not that simple. I got com banned for 2 weeks because i killed a
kid in fortnite and the Enforcement Team replied with: it doesnt matter how you play, eveyone should feel welcomed into the xbox live community

Unfortunately this would be something that gets handled with the enforcement team. We are forum support here, and we have no connection within the enforcement actions you guys receive. That is something handled
only by the enforcement team. If you receive a suspension and are not sure why it occurred, please check the email sent to your Microsoft Account or view your
Enforcement History on enforcement.xbox.com. If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same
website.

Also, I recommend for you guys to go over

this section of the enforcement page. Here it states how XBLPET will
never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions
always occur as a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation. As stated by Erick earlier our best recommendation for you guys is to simply follow
the
Code of Conduct and the Xbox Services Terms & Conditions.

[Mod Removed - Profanity] your doing the exact thing i just said pisses me off the most. Your stating the ovbious fact of just follow the rules over and over again and actually it was for NO reason that i got suspended because i know the
enforcement team has access to my account and can go and look at everything and see that i have done nothing to break the code of conduct for xbox live. And i know this is true because a couple months ago i got suspended by a friend that was messing around
spamming reports on me and it actually went through and i can tell you thats how they base if your case actually gets looked at by how many times youve been suspended in the past And to talk on the fact of abusive behavior. I actually sent a very well thought
proffesional message during my case review and now its just annoying that you guys dont do you jon right. And if killing someone in a battle royale game is abusive to them then they have a problem and shouldnt be playing the game

I could care less how or when i got the suspension but my only problem is that i took the time to take their questionare and write a proffesional message to the enforcement team for it to get instantly shut down and not explain why the reason wasnt good
enough and why i shouldnt get unsuspended. They just have the final decision that cant be changed and just screwed me over for 2 weeks while im trying to resolve the problem
