System startup launches directly into last game/app i was playing, changed since update

When I turn on the system, it launches into the last game or app before it even recognizes me to sign me in, many times resulting in an error screen. I don't see a place to toggle this as it was on 360. I want to launch to the "dashboard" menu. This is driving
me crazy as it means i have to then back out of that app, sit and wait for it to try and recognize me (which is 1 out of 4 times). Then go to whatever I want to play or watch. Is there a way to change this. I do not remember this happening before the last
update. Any help is appreciated. I am currently set to "instant on".

XBOX Achievement App

Hi

Since the last system update (2 weeks ago?) my xbox achievement app has been terrible to the point where it is now annoying me.

On startup the app is initially slow to load up and then takes forever to update with the achievements i have gained. Infact probably half of the achievements I have earnt in the last few weeks haven't actually shown up on screen at all when I have got
them and have then taken up to 2 days to show on the app. I currently have still got 1 "Done Unlocking" that I got 2 days ago.

If I login to the website everything is showing up fine so it is definitely an app problem.

This was NOT an issue prior to my last system update.

Please could this be investigated?

Netflix Update on XBOX ONE

The last Netflix update for xbox one is totally bad. The app can't resume right into a playing video and at startup, if the netflix was the last app I used, it will automatically crash as soon as I'm logged in. This happens even if I turn off the resume
games options in settings. Also 50% of all voice commands are now gone. I know that MS wants nothing to do with Kinect but this is lame. I don't understand how MS allowed Netflix to butcher the app. The same app is on my ps4 is it works amazingly well considering
I have zero voice commands. HELP MS!!
