    In order to play games through the Xbox One on a PC, Why does the PC need to have a fast enough processor and enough RAM, since the Xbox One contains a processor and RAM?

    It may be a problem with your hardware capabilities. There should be a set of required hardware minimums under the system requirements in the game manual download. Let me know if your system meets all the requirements and I'll try and help you further System Requirements :)

    System Requirements

    Basically you are running an app to stream your entire Xbox to your local PC.

    Even though Game streaming is done over your local network, your PC still need the resource to be able to run the app - the concept is similar to playing a graphic intensive game on your mobile phone.
