    System notification, go to guide and open?


    Hi, I I purchased the arctis 9x and Sinked or paired it to my Xbox one S successfully, then I got a system notification that said, Go to guide and open. Can someone tell me what do I do to do that notification. I am a first time user of the Xbox and
    I am slowly learning how to operate it. Thanks Dave

    Hi Dave,

    Are you not able to locate the system notifications? If so, press the
    [​IMG]

    button on your controller and look for Alerts.

    If you miss the pop-up notification, press the
    Xbox button
    to open the guide, and then select System > Notifications to view it there.

    To change your notification settings, press the
    Xbox button
    to open the guide, and then select System > Settings > Preferences >
    Notifications. You can choose what to do with individual Xbox and app notifications (or turn all notifications off), adjust the duration of pop-up notifications, and more.

    when i press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select System > App
    & system notifications

    it's always empty...
