System link Xbox one HELP

Hey I'm trying to system link my Xbox one with my brothers Xbox one. I'm on leave for three weeks and my brother moved somewhere with no internet so we can't just both play on the same connection and he hates split screen so I figured we try system link.
Please explain what I need and where to connect everything. Also if you can list the games that are system link compatible that would be cool. From what I've seen ghosts is the only one I know of. Thanks.

System linking

This is specifically for back ops 3 zombies. I'm trying to system link with my brother, we are both offline, we can find each other on the "find LAN game" but when we go to join each other, it is party is not joinable. Any solutions?

There is no System Link feature for the Xbox One at this time. Microsoft is currently focusing on promoting Live and have not implemented local networking on the console yet. I suggest going over to the Xbox One Feature request page and either put that up
or up vote someone who has already made that request as that is the best way to get this feature back for the new console. I wasn't aware they had removed that feature until I saw your question and did a little research. Also, Ghosts on the One does not have
this feature since it is not part of the Xbox One feature set at this time. It may on the 360, bit it doesn't for the One.

Are you connecting through a network switch [or the Ethernet ports on a router] or just connecting the consoles together with the Ethernet cable?
